These terms apply to the use of Pcrypt's website, software solutions and associated services provided by Password Crypt ApS.

By accessing or using Pcrypt's services, the user accepts these terms.

Password Crypt ApS reserves the right to update and amend these terms on an ongoing basis. Any changes will be published on this page.

2. Description of the service

Pcrypt provides a secure password management solution for organizations that require centralized administration, secure storage and controlled sharing of access credentials.

The solution has been developed with a focus on modern security principles, including:

• Zero-Knowledge
• Least Privilege
• Role-based access control
• Secure handling of sensitive information

3. User accounts and access

The customer is responsible for the correct administration of user accounts and access rights.

This includes:

• Ensuring that users are only granted the permissions they need
• Protecting login credentials against unauthorized access
• Ensuring that users use the solution in accordance with applicable security policies

Users must not attempt to bypass security mechanisms, access other users' data or use the solution for unlawful purposes.

4. Customer responsibilities

The customer is responsible for its own data and use of the Pcrypt platform.

The customer's responsibilities include:

• Correct configuration of users, roles and permissions
• Maintenance of its own security policies
• Protection of its own end-user devices
• Ensuring that users use the solution correctly

Password Crypt ApS cannot be held liable for security incidents caused by the customer's own actions, configuration errors or compromised user accounts.

5. Data security and confidentiality

Password Crypt ApS prioritizes the protection of customer data and applies relevant technical and organizational security measures.

Customer data is treated confidentially and in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

Pcrypt is designed with a focus on the secure handling of access credentials and restricted access based on necessary permissions.

6. Availability and operation

Password Crypt ApS endeavors to ensure stable and secure operation of the platform.

However, the following may occur:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Technical updates
• Temporary service interruptions

Password Crypt ApS cannot guarantee that the service will always be available without errors or interruptions.

7. Limitation of liability

Password Crypt ApS cannot be held liable for:

• Indirect loss or consequential damages
• Loss resulting from incorrect use of the solution
• Loss resulting from the customer's own security arrangements
• Errors caused by third-party software, integrations or external services

The liability of Password Crypt ApS is governed by applicable Danish law and any contractual terms agreed between Password Crypt ApS and the customer.

8. Intellectual property rights

All rights to the Pcrypt platform, including software, design, documentation, graphic materials, logos and trademarks, belong to Password Crypt ApS or the relevant rights holders.

The customer is granted only a limited, non-exclusive right to use the solution in accordance with the agreed license agreement.

9. Prohibited use

It is not permitted to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform
• Bypass security mechanisms or access controls
• Reverse engineer or copy the solution without permission
• Use the solution for unlawful activities

Violation of these rules may result in restricted or terminated access to the service and may have legal consequences.

10. Third-party services

Pcrypt may integrate with third-party services, including identity providers, cloud services and other systems.

Password Crypt ApS is not responsible for changes, errors or service interruptions affecting third-party providers.

11. Termination

Upon termination of an agreement, the customer's access to Pcrypt will end in accordance with the applicable contractual terms.

The customer is responsible for ensuring the proper handling and, where relevant, export of its own data before termination.
